Our fresh Louisiana oysters are generally available from November to May each year.  We offer a variety of oysters and buying options:

FRESH LOUISIANA SHRIMP

Our fresh Louisiana shrimp is generally available from May to January each year.  We offer a variety of different buying options:

• Fresh head on medium & jumbo shrimp
• Peeled & deveined medium & jumbo shrimp
• Flash frozen headless jumbo shrimp
• Delicious boiled shrimp sold by the pound

Fresh Louisiana Blue Crabs

Our fresh blue crabs are generally available from May to October each year.  We offer a variety of buying options:

• Live select crabs sold by the dozen or by 45 pound box
• Live female crabs sold by the dozen or by the box
• Peeled lump crab meat sold by the pound
• Peeled claw meat sold by the pound
• Flash frozen pre-cooked boiled select males sold by the dozen or box
